    Delivery within Qatar is usually completed within 24 hours.

    Returns & Exchanges

  • Accepted for baby, household, and other products (except skincare) within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping or collection fees apply; delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Skincare and sale items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Report damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours with photos — we’ll replace or refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 - 7 working days after inspection and returned via your original payment method or as store credit.
